Page Packs

ExtractaAudit is provided through prepaid Page Packs. Each Page Pack is a one-time purchase of a fixed number of pages reviewed for extraction, with unlimited organisation members on every workspace. Pages are not limited to any billing period and never expire: unused pages remain available until they are processed, the account is closed, or the service is otherwise terminated in accordance with these Terms.

Payments

Each Page Pack purchase is a single one-time payment processed by our payment provider at the time of purchase. No recurring charge is created, and the customer’s saved payment method is never charged automatically — including when the page balance reaches zero. The newly purchased page allocation becomes available after successful payment; where a payment cannot be completed, no pages are credited.

Page Usage

Page usage is based on the number of document pages submitted and processed by ExtractaAudit. A document is never partially processed: where a file requires more pages than remain on the balance, the whole file is declined and no pages are used. The application displays the pages credited, pages used and remaining page balance for the customer’s workspace.

When the Balance Reaches Zero

When the page balance reaches zero, only new document processing pauses. Existing records, audits, edits and exports remain available, and no payment is taken. Customers may purchase a further Page Pack at any time — including before the balance reaches zero — and each purchase adds to the remaining balance. Purchasing a Page Pack does not create a fixed-term contract or any subscription commitment.

Your Responsibilities

You must only upload documents that you are authorised to access and process. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials, managing workspace users and complying with applicable laws and contractual obligations.

Acceptable Use

You may not use ExtractaAudit unlawfully, upload malicious content, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, overload the system or attempt to reverse-engineer the application.

AI-Assisted Results

Extracted information and audit findings may contain errors or omissions. Users must review and verify important information before relying on it. ExtractaAudit supports professional judgement but does not replace it.

Ownership

Customers retain ownership of their uploaded documents and business data. Biruni Intelligence retains ownership of the ExtractaAudit software, platform design, workflows and related intellectual property.

Service Availability

The service may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security work, technical failures or circumstances outside the reasonable control of Biruni Intelligence.

Information we process

ExtractaAudit may process:

• —Uploaded invoice documents
• —Extracted invoice fields and line items
• —Client, engagement and audit information
• —User and application activity records
• —Technical, diagnostic and security information

Purpose-limited processing

Customer information is processed to:

• —provide invoice extraction, validation and audit testing;
• —manage accounts, organisations and Page Pack purchases;
• —generate reports and exports;
• —provide customer support;
• —maintain service security and prevent misuse; and
• —meet applicable legal and contractual obligations.

Customer information is not collected simply for unrelated commercial exploitation.

AI processing

Uploaded documents may be processed by contracted AI service providers where necessary to perform requested extraction and audit-support functions.

Biruni Intelligence does not sell customer documents or use customer invoices or extracted financial information to train its own general-purpose AI models.

Human-controlled AI

AI-assisted extraction and audit testing are designed to accelerate professional review rather than remove it.

Users remain responsible for reviewing information material to an accounting, tax or audit conclusion and may inspect source documents, correct extracted information and review individual audit findings before relying on the output.

No sale of personal information

Biruni Intelligence does not sell customer personal information.

Information may be shared with contracted service providers where reasonably necessary to operate ExtractaAudit, provide technical infrastructure, perform AI processing, process payments, provide support or comply with lawful obligations.

Data access

Access to customer information is controlled through authentication, workspace membership, application permissions and record-level restrictions.

Users within one organisation are not intended to receive access to another organisation's records simply because they use the same ExtractaAudit platform.

Retention

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, satisfy contractual requirements, maintain appropriate operational records or comply with applicable law.

Page Pack balances and data-retention periods are separate: exhausting a Page Pack does not itself cause customer records to be deleted.

Deletion

ExtractaAudit provides application workflows for deleting client and engagement information.

Deleting an engagement removes the invoice records associated with that engagement in accordance with the application's deletion workflow.

Customers should retain copies of source documents where those documents must be preserved for accounting, audit, tax, legal or regulatory purposes.
